All is screened.

And just please be gentle.  There's a reason this isn't exactly out in the public eye, and it's my own personal thing.  So... yeah.

CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS:

Because I know I'm going to forget someone, drop a comment here! A nice little CR post will appear on this entry shortly thereafter. Just helps me keep track and make sure I don't miss anybody, because I KNOW I WILL. Thanks~!

Bumblebee (Movie Universe):
If he were more familiar with human family ties, Ironhide would consider Bumblebee a younger sibling, or something along those lines.  He has mixed feelings towards Bumblebee--on the one hand, he does realize Bee's capabilities on the battlefield, and trusts him completely to watch his back, and, most importantly, to guard Sam.  His trust in Bee was part of the reason why he consented to speaking with the supposed Decepticons Bee had befriended.  But, conversely, he sees the younger Autobot as one who also needs looking after, especially when he goes tearing off and gets himself scrapped by more powerful Decepticons.

Starscream AKA "Cometfall" (Shattered Glass Universe):
Originally reviled, merely because he had the designation of Starscream, Ironhide warmed a little to "Cometfall" over the universal constant of booze. He does trust him, now, especially after running afoul of SG!Prime. As an ally, he feels "Cometfall" is entitled to the same brand of defense as the other Autobots, that is, if something wants to threaten this one, he'd enjoy turning it to scrap metal. He views "Cometfall" as an honorary Autobot now, but has trouble actually voicing this sentiment, considering what that means in the other's universe.

Soundwave AKA "Wave", AKA "Dudewave" (Shattered Glass Universe):
Like "Cometfall", Soundwave was treated like any other Decepticon--with suspicion and threats of violence. Now though... he's slid into the ranks of 'Bots Ironhide just doesn't quite know what to make of. He feels an urge to look out for Soundwave, given an omission from the other in regards to his past, and the fact that the one looking to threaten "Wave" is made of pure, unadulterated evil, in Ironhide's book. Soundwave doesn't strike him as someone capable of protecting themselves, and thus has decided it's his job. Also like "Cometfall", he accords Soundwave an honorary place among his Autobots. But... saying so would probably put the proverbial giant robot foot in his giant robot vocalizer.

Megatron (Movie Universe):
Go die in the ocean trench tankface

Once revered for his military command and tactics, now utterly despised, thanks to his sudden madness, fondness for slaughtering innocents, and a tendency to rip Autobots in half. Do not expect a civil conversation from Ironhide to Megatron. He hates him with every jolt of his spark, believing him to be a traitor to everything the Cybertronian armies stood for. And he will never forgive him for what Ironhide's dubbed "Prime's Murder".

Now that Hugotron Megatron is effectively hunting both the children and the nearest and dearest to Ironhide's spark... the phrase, "It's on now" seems appropriate. He firmly believes Megatron will lose life and limb should any harm come to those aforementioned beings.

"Optimus Prime" AKA "The Impostor" (Shattered Glass Universe):
See Megatron's entry

Ironhide holds him on the same level as he does his universe's Megatron--a defiler of everything his race stands for, a mockery of the Autobot name, and a disgrace to the name "Optimus Prime". He wants nothing more than to see this menace dead, or die in the attempt.

It started with Fake-imus Prime's mere existence, only got worse when he informed Ironhide of his "evil" counterpart, and has now become a personal war thanks to the Ratchet-Offering-Himself-Like-A-Damned-Sacrificial-Virgin-Only-Not debacle. Like Megatron, Fake-imus Prime should prepare for nuclear war, should anything happen to the ones this old soldier cares for. At least, that's how Ironhide pictures it happening, anyway.

Chromia (G1):
Awk... ward.  Somewhat.  She apparently knows yet another version of himself, and is... somehow... involved with him.  Ironhide's really not sure how to react to that.  She seems like a decent sort, favoring booze and guns over most things, which he can't exactly find fault in.  He can respect that, and like it.  They're on friendly terms, and he intends to keep it that way, even if he does hope her Ironhide shows up so he can stop worrying she'll take to him in that way.

Optimus Prime (IDW):
Not his Prime, but a near duplicate.  As such, everything Ironhide feels about his leader has gotten muddled up with this Prime.  He has difficulty figuring out how just to respond--should he take orders?  Treat him only as another Autobot?  He seems a little... lonely... as far as Ironhide can tell--and if he can tell, then there really is something wrong.  The fact that there is another Prime out there so much like his own, and so unlike SG!Prime is of enormous comfort to him, which probably helps account for the fact he rather likes hanging around this Optimus.

Also helps that this one never died while on his watch--making him a guilt-free Prime, so to speak.  He's never failed this one, and subconsciously sees this as an opportunity to make things right, when he can't for his own leader.

Barricade (Movie Universe):
Another traitor, this one a sneak and a spy. This one also has the added bonus of deciding it was a wise idea to kidnap Mikaela. Ironhide wishes to instruct him on just how big of a mistake it was to lay claws on her.

Sunstorm (Animated Universe):
... One bizarre Decepticon whose vocals need to be offlined. He has no idea what to make of this guy, really.

Kang (Dragonlance):
One very odd-looking organic.  Has some weird view of gods and something called "magic".  He might be a bit off in the processor, but he knows good alcohol, and is a soldier as well.  All things Ironhide can get behind with relative ease.

Toph (Avatar):
A human that has taken to calling him names, such as "Ironjerk" and "Grandpa".  He is not sure if he should be offended or not, and is leaning towards "offended".   He is also unsure of what exactly it is she claims she can do, but so long as she doesn't keep irritating him, she can do it to her spark's content.
